Joining Homeboy in 2012 as a volunteer, he became its first CEO, doubling its size and expanding social enterprises like Homeboy Bakery, Homegirl Café, and Homeboy Electronics Recycling. By growing revenues, he reduced reliance on donations and government funding while advancing workforce development and social impact.
